Proficiency by Exam Submission Form
Per Bulletin 741 ยง2314. Carnegie Credit and Credit Flexibility school systems must report exams used to award proficiency credit. The LDOE may recommend that the exam should not be used to award credit and make recommendations for changes. If a course has a LEAP exam, that is the only exam that may be used to award proficiency credit.
