The purpose of the Instructional Materials Professional Learning Partner Guide is to assist school systems in identifying vendors who provide initial and ongoing professional learning aligned to High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). The guide highlights vendors who specialize in supporting districts and schools in designing and implementing a cohesive academic system focused on high-quality curriculum, professional learning, and curriculum-embedded assessment.

Partners interested in being included in the Louisiana Academic Content Professional Learning Partner Guide must review and follow the steps outlined in the IM PL Partner Guide – Submission and Review Process.

Please carefully review the submission requirements and complete all required materials as described in the guide prior to submitting your application.

Training materials should explicitly connect to the HQIM of the submission. Submit the following materials that demonstrate your ability to provide each type of professional learning you selected (initial curriculum/assessment training, school-based curriculum training, ongoing instructional support, coaching support) using the appropriate naming conventions:
- syllabus/overview of course offerings (3_Partner Name_Syllabus of Course Offerings.doc/pdf);
- sample training decks with facilitator notes *including materials provided to address English Learners and Students with Disabilities if applicable (4_PartnerName_Course Name. Training Deck.ppt/pdf);

- sample coaching plan for teachers and/or leaders (6_Partner Name_Sample Coaching Plan.pdf);
